Translation: Dad, other language can?
this was because I struggle with being intimate with God. Part of this is also how I find it hard to address Him in a more personal way. The modern-day equivalent of "Abba" would be "Daddy" or "Pa". I cannot. I only stick to "Father", "Lord", "God", etc. These forms of address are proper and there are many times we should address Him as such. But a more natural, personal, intimate and childlike form of address (like a little child calling his father) is desirable.
I wonder, when I pray in malay, if I use "Bapa" and get used to it, would it make a difference.
